[ MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 107, November 11, 2025 ]
AUTHORIZING PARTICIPATION OF CAREER EXECUTIVE SERVICE (CES) OFFICERS, ELIGIBLES AND ON-STREAM CANDIDATES FOR CES ELIGIBILITY IN THE 52ND FOUNDING ANNIVERSARY AND 2025 LIFELONG LEARNING FOR LEADERSHIP CONGRESS (CESCON)
The Career Executive Service Board (CESB) will celebrate its 52nd Founding Anniversary and hold the 2025 CESCON from 12 to 13 November 2025 at the Manila Hotel, Ermita, Manila, with the theme "leading for Results: Driving Execution with Integrity in Service."
In view thereof, and based on the representations of the CESB, all CES officers, eligibles, and on-stream candidates for CES eligibility are hereby authorized to attend the abovementioned events on official time, provided that this will not hinder the operations of their respective offices as well as the delivery of essential services to the public.ℒαwρhi৷
Expenses to be incurred by the participants shall be allowed at prescribed rates, in accordance with the existing policies of the Department of Budget and Management and the Commission on Audit.
This Circular shall take effect immediately.
